I used A|M Designs and Decor to stage my house before I listed it on the market to sell.  They did such a fantastic job – they were professional and courteous, reliable and did such lovely work decorating.  The decor they chose for my house suited it perfectly and really bumped it up to the next level.  It photographed and filmed beautifully for the listing, but not too much that it distracted from the house itself.  My house sold in less than a week and I am absolutely convinced that the job that A|M Designs and Decor did to stage it was why it sold so quickly and why there were so many showings in such a short time period.  Best money I ever spent, I truly believe that I made more on the sale because of the staging.  (I also wanted to keep all the decor they chose for myself, it was all so lovely and in such good taste!)  I was so happy with their work that I’m planning on consulting with them to help decorate my new home!
